Neversay Never

I've got characters like Nai and Kylow who have no legs and a fish tail or all four legs and no fish tail but no characters with four legs and a fish tail :3

This is Neversay

I knew I wanted to use red but I orginally planned not to use blue opps
The tail I wasn't sure about... I didn't want your average aquatic tail ^^ so I changed it up a bit. The fins at the end of his tail are semi-transparent and so are the 'fins' on his front legs ^^
